Join me for a 6 day, 7 night yoga retreat in the gorgeous jungle of Bocas del Toro, Panama. We'll unplug from the daily grind and plug into presence with daily Katonah yoga and flow classes, yummy local foods and sweet Mother Nature in community together.

Entirely private with daily maid service. Your room & bath will be in a multi-room casita with a shared living area & kitchenette.

SHARED ROOM (DOUBLE) & BATH $2400
Per Person Rate for Single Bed in shared room & bath

Shared Room (Triple) $2300
Grab 2 besties and jump into the jungle! Per person rate for a single bed in a triple room with a shared bathroom in the main house (pool level). Includes access to the upper level balcony, indoor living area & extra bathroom with shower. Daily maid service.

I will of course take the pulse of what our group desires but each day will start with either a Katonah or flow practice to get the day started off on the right foot.

About the Grounds
Bluff Beach Retreat is on a gorgeous 7-acre property located directly on Bluff Beach, Isla Colon in the Bocas del Toro archipelago of Panama with miles of secluded sandy beach to enjoy. It's a short walk from the steps of the property to Bluff Beach.
There are 2 casitas, each with 2-4 rooms, as well as the main Beach House which contains a pool. There is also a beautiful yoga studio where we'll be holding our classes. Should you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
